Coronavirus Statement

Please read before booking a stay in the 2022 season:

We are very hopeful that 2022 will be a season with no interruptions from COVID-19. We will still be doing our upmost to ensure we minimise the amount of contact guests need to have whilst staying with us. One way of doing this is by asking guests to pay for their stay 7 days before arrival and emailing you with your pitch number 5 days prior to your arrival therefore cutting out any need to check in. Guests will be provided with a mobile number to call/text if they need anything whilst on the park and cannot see a member of staff.

We will be opening all of our facilities at the start of the season unless we are instructed otherwise in which case, we will update this statement. Although not compulsory we will still be advising our guests to wear masks within communal areas to keep themselves and others safe. We will provide numerous hand sanitising stations around the park and ask guests to use the disinfectant provided to clean any sports equipment used.

If you make a booking and the Government announce a lockdown, please note that your deposit is non-refundable however we will of course transfer it to a future date within the same season of booking. We cannot offer refunds/transfers for guests who have to cancel their stay due to contracting COVID-19, we strongly recommend taking out travel insurance for your holiday.

If you begin with COVID-19 symptoms whilst on the park please stay within your unit and call us for further instructions.
